Our integrated medical & dialysis centres provide end to end hassle free care for diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia and nephrosis/nephritis.
DaVita Singapore is also a Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) accredited service provider, which allows all Singapore Citizens, including Pioneer Generation (PG) and Merdeka Generation (MG) cardholders, to receive subsidies for medical care at our centres.

Health Screening Program
Do you know that in 2017, there were on average 5 new patients diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) on a daily basis in Singapore? Besides lifestyle changes (e.g. diet), regular screening, early detection and follow up are some measures we can take to minimise ESRD or better manage the condition.
