Nurse Manager

Job Description

 

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of all nursing activities in the assigned dialysis clinic(s). You will be responsible in upholding professional standards for the nursing team. You will conduct staff performance appraisal, oversee the professional development of the nurses and optimise the use of resources in collaboration with the operations team. In addition, you will resolve patient experience matters and provide service recovery when indicated. You will collaborate with acute and community partners to facilitate seamless continuity of care for patients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing with post-graduate qualifications and relevant work experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to lead by example and effectively manage a team to perform to its full potential.
