Admin Assistant

You will be repsonsible for providing administrative support in the clinic. You will arrange and execute various supporting tasks such as sorting and digital archiving of documents, internal dispatching, document mailing, coordinate and provide support for all clinic meetings and events which includes the managing of logistics and catering of refreshments.


In addition, you will provide coverage to frontline staff through assisting patients' general registration, manage patient's general enquiries and screen the patient's general condition.


Requirements

 

  • GCE 'O' / 'N' level or NITEC qualification

  • Meticulous and with strong administration, coordination and organizational skills

  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills

  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Willing to work on weekdays
