DaVita Singapore, a subsidiary of DaVita, is committed to provide quality care to patients in Singapore. Adopting a value-based, outcome-led approach in our provision of integrated renal care program, we strived to play an active role in ensuring accessible and sustainable care in Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem. We are on a lookout to outdo ourselves, and is on a journey of continuous of improvement on care accessibility, affordability and assurance of quality.
Our care philosophy
Patient-centric - Patients are partners of our multi-disciplinary care team. We work together with our patients to meet their healthcare needs and their desired outcome on quality of life.
Integration – We provide both centre based and community services such as hemodialysis centre and community renal care program, ensuring our patients receive seamless care and advice at any settings while they go about enjoying their lifestyle. Our integrated centre of medical & dialysis centre provide chronic disease management, allowing patients to be taken care of at early stages of their renal or medical conditions, preventing complications and delaying progress of chronic diseases.
Accessibility – Our centres are located next to major transport hub and is easily accessible by MRT trains, buses or cars. Determined to allow patients to lead a lifestyle they desire, our services are available after typical office hours, at the convenience of our patients.
Affordability – Our centres are Medisave and Medshield accredited, and are recognized by major insurance companies. We strive to provide good value to our patients by ensuring they are well taken care of in the community and avoiding high medical fee for complications or hospitalizations.
Assurance of Quality – DaVita is the largest provider of kidney care services in the U.S. and has been a leader in clinical quality and innovation for 20 years.
